“Throughout my scholarly life, exam periods always brought me increased levels of anxiety and this got worse as I was at university. As long as midterms or end of semester exams were approaching, I immediately became overwhelmed, headaches daily, self-doubts, and fears of being mediocre in my work. I would always doubt if I could achieve good grades and I obsessed over passing my assessments. Lena introduced me to hypnotherapy, with a special recording catered to target my pre-exam anxiety. I was more than willing to give it a try as anything to ease my troubles was more than welcomed. I was advised to listen to the recording daily and I began immediately as I had roughly 2 weeks before my first exams.
