Youth Engaged in Leadership Program (YELP)

This is a 10–12-week servant leadership program for 6th-12th graders. YELP prepares youth leaders for future challenges by providing training in Learning about Leadership, Effective Communication in Leadership, Public Speaking, Business Etiquette, Building a Cohesive Team, Stress and Time Management, Leadership and Youth-Adult Partnership, Leadership and Service Learning, Avoiding Peer Pressure, cultural diversity and Community Awareness, Team Building, Resume Writing, and thoughtprovoking discussions with community leaders. YELPers also complete volunteer within the community.
