Lena B. Brathwaite Bell

My mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to pursue healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am a certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CCHt/CTHt) and have spent more than 20 years facilitating workshops, retreats, and trainings in suicide prevention, youth leadership, parenting, and personal growth.

I completed my hypnotherapy training through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, an approved Florida Department of Education vocational school, with over 500 hours of intensive training and 150 hours of supervised practice. I am certified through the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (IAIH) and have additional training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). I am also a certified Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Instructor and an Aggression Replacement Trainer.

In my community, I serve as a member of the Saint Marys Library Board of Trustees, the Chair of the Camden Suicide Prevention Coalition, and the President of Camden Behavioral Wellness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Education in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University.
