After serving in the United States Navy for over 14 years, I founded Innovative Preventative Education Inc. (IPE) as a passionate advocate for mental health and preventative education.

ABOUT ME

I am a certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CCHt) and community facilitator leading workshops and educational programs on suicide prevention, youth engaged in leadership (YELP), parenting, and more for over 20 years.

I completed my CCHt certification at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy with the Florida Department of Education, with over 500 hours of extensive training and 150 hours of practice. I am certified with the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (IAIH). I have additional training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and I am a certified Question, Persuade and Report (QPR) Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Instructor, as well as an Aggression Replacement Trainer.

I am a member of the Saint Marys Library Board of Trustees, the Chair of the Camden Suicide Prevention Coalition, and the Vice President of Camden Behavioral Wellness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Education in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University.
