(IPE), a hypnotherapy, prevention education training, and resource center located in Coastal Georgia. With over 14 years of collective experience in the United States Navy and 22 years in the mental health and prevention field, we have dedicated ourselves to promoting mental health and suicide awareness.
As the founders and CEOs of IPE, we, Lena Brathwaite Bell, and our team, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community. Lena, in particular, has served in the U.S. Navy and is a passionate advocate for mental health. Her specialty lies in Hypnotherapy, a powerful tool to help individuals gain control over behaviors such as smoking cessation, anxiety management, weight control, and more.
At IPE, our focus extends beyond individual well-being. We provide comprehensive training programs designed to empower individuals, enhance self-esteem, and facilitate the journey towards living their best lives.
